There is currently a research assistant position available for anyone interested in child psychology in a medical setting. This is a volunteer research opportunity. Dr. Anna George at Johns Hopkins Hospital is looking for another research assistant that is interested in behavioral problems and mood disorders in children diagnosed with chronic illness, specifically childhood cancer. This is a great opportunity to learn and gain more experience scoring behavioral assessments and shadow professional psychologists in team meetings regarding patients. This is open to any undergraduate student with an interest in this field, students looking to stay in the position for more than a year are strongly encouraged!

The major focus of the Global Internship Program is the internship. Interns can expect to spend five days per week with their partner company and attend weekly career seminars, resume workshops and networking events held by City Internships in evenings and on weekends.
The aim of the program is to help students develop real-world skills, build a professional network and ultimately, career-readiness.
